About
Mike Flache is chair of the Digital Growth Collective. In this role, he shapes strategic priorities and sets the ecosystem's direction. He establishes governance for joint value creation, aligns stakeholder interests, and oversees the distribution of value among partners.
As a former entrepreneur and board member, Mike spent twelve years supporting founders in scaling tech-driven business models. He also collaborated with executives from technology companies on market and growth strategies, including Google, Amazon, and Huawei.
Alongside his business ventures, Mike co-founded Safe Water Gardens, a social enterprise dedicated to providing safe WASH (water, sanitation, and hygiene) to communities in tropical and subtropical villages.
Mike has received international recognition for his contribution to digital transformation, including the Global Excellence Award. He has served on the honorary committee of the Della Leaders and is a member of the Asia CEO Community.
