With over two decades of experience across leading institutions, including Public Bank, the Securities Commission, Manulife, Aviva, ZhongAn, iptiQ by Swiss Re, and Blue Insurance, Terrence has built a career focused on repositioning risk and compliance as strategic enablers of innovation, governance, and customer confidence.

He played a pivotal role in launching Hong Kong’s first fully digital life insurer, delivering a zero-commission, digital-first platform that redefined customer engagement. His expertise spans internal audit, risk-based compliance frameworks, AML/CFT, and governance strategies that balance regulatory rigor with business performance.

Terrence is known for making complexity actionable. His perspective connects resilience, innovation, and governance, helping organizations navigate uncertainty while building long-term strength.
