Santosh Pandit is a recognized expert in operational resilience, cybersecurity, and post-quantum cryptography, with more than 30 years of executive and regulatory experience. He combines experience from the Bank of England’s Prudential Regulation Authority, the European Commission, and private-sector board leadership, including Non-Executive Director roles at BNP Paribas subsidiaries.

As a senior regulator at the Bank of England, Santosh specialized in operational resilience, cyber risk, and insurance. His expertise spans technology resilience, third-party risk management, software supply chain security, cyber threat intelligence, and crypto-agility.

Today, Santosh is the Founder of BeatQuantum, a center of excellence in applied post-quantum cryptography. BeatQuantum built the world's first NTS time server secured by post-quantum key exchange, for sectors such as financial services and space, and the world's first Time Stamp Authority issuing proof of existence under post-quantum certificates.

He also serves on the Advisory Board of the Quantum Security Think Tank at Cyber London and leads international advisory work on post-quantum cryptography.

In his role as Executive Fellow, Santosh will provide guidance on operational resilience, quantum security, and protecting critical technology infrastructure, with a focus on return on invested capital (ROIC).
