Monica Jasuja is Chief Expansion and Innovation Officer at the Emerging Payments Association Asia (EPAA) and a recognized advocate for women in fintech and technology leadership.

She brings more than 24 years of international experience from leadership roles at PayPal, Mastercard, and Gojek across the United States, India, Southeast Asia, and Taiwan. Throughout her career, she has worked at the intersection of digital payments, financial innovation, and business growth.

Alongside her work in cross-border payments, Monica actively mentors women founders and executives and serves as faculty for accelerators and hackathons focused on advancing female entrepreneurship and leadership.

Her work combines operator experience with a strong commitment to financial inclusion, representation, and the development of more accessible and inclusive financial ecosystems.

In her role as Executive Fellow, Monica will contribute through thought leadership on digital payments, financial inclusion, and women's leadership, advancing strategic dialogue on the future of financial services and leadership development.
