A globally recognised cybersecurity thought leader and strategic advisor, JC brings over 25 years of experience across financial institutions in the United Kingdom and continental Europe. His work focuses on driving fundamental change in how organisations approach security, moving beyond technical solutions towards strategy, governance, culture, and the realities of transformation at scale.

He is the author of several widely recognised books on cybersecurity leadership and governance, including "The First 100 Days of the New CISO, The CyberSecurity Leadership Handbook", and "The Cybersecurity Spiral of Failure", offering practical frameworks for executives navigating complex security environments.
