About
Henryk Deter is a former entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience in scaling businesses in the financial sector. He has co-built a successful consulting firm and publishing house before exiting his operational roles and selling his ownership stakes.
Throughout his entrepreneurial journey, Henryk has advised business owners and executives as they navigated growth and complex shifts. This involved guiding leaders through critical milestones, including multi-billion-dollar IPOs, M&A transactions, and private equity investments, as well as high-stakes crisis management, restructuring, and turnarounds.
Today, he spends much of his time working with entrepreneurs, C-suite leaders, and senior executives toward personal and professional growth.
During a sabbatical, Henryk wrote "The Secret to Doing the Right Thing." The book explores how leaders can access inner clarity and deeper resources when facing pivotal decisions.
Alongside his commercial work, Henryk is involved with "Safe Water Gardens," a social enterprise dedicated to promoting health, dignity, and livelihoods. The initiative provides village families with the world's most affordable safe sanitation system for tropical regions.
In his role as Executive Fellow, Henryk will provide guidance on leadership transformation and on navigating the human dimension in business environments.
