Elif Elkin is an accomplished healthcare executive and entrepreneur with over two decades of leadership experience across the pharmaceutical and health industries. Her career spans senior roles at leading organizations, including Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Deva Holding, General Manager at Saba İlaç, and key leadership positions at Abdi İbrahim Pharmaceuticals, where she oversaw sales, marketing, strategy, corporate communications, and business development.

She later served as General Manager of Abdi İbrahim Otsuka before leading the establishment of Acıbadem LifeClub, a pioneering initiative in holistic health, where she drove the integration of prevention, lifestyle, and digital health services.

In 2025, Elif founded Elkin Consultancy to advise organizations on holistic health management, growth, digital transformation, and customer experience. She is also Co-Founder of Opinion AI, developing AI-powered solutions that bring new approaches to stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem.

Elif’s perspective combines strategic leadership, operational execution, and entrepreneurial thinking, with a strong focus on making healthcare more integrated, accessible, and patient-centric.

In her role as Executive Fellow, Elif will contribute through thought leadership and strategic dialogue on holistic health, digital healthcare transformation, AI-driven innovation, and customer-centric healthcare models.
