As Managing Director at Hugendubel Buchvertrieb GmbH, he has led large organizations, driven multi-channel growth strategies, and successfully built new business areas from the ground up.

His expertise spans M&A, restructuring, and the scaling of innovative retail concepts beyond traditional channels. Dirk has a proven track record of developing and executing profitable growth strategies, including expanding into non-traditional sales channels and forging strategic partnerships.
