Dieter Machlet is a Chief Information Officer and senior executive with extensive international experience leading value-creation initiatives across listed and private-equity-backed companies. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with investors, boards, and executive leadership teams to deliver transformation programs that create measurable business outcomes.

His expertise spans ROI-driven digital transformation, value creation, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, post-merger integration, carve-outs, and IPO-related initiatives. Combining strategic leadership with operational execution, Dieter focuses on aligning technology investments with sustainable business performance.

Before becoming a CIO, Dieter held executive leadership positions with full P&L responsibility across consulting, customer support, and customer service organizations, providing him with a broad commercial perspective on transformation and operational excellence.

In his role as Executive Fellow, Dieter will provide guidance on value creation, digital transformation, and technology leadership, aligning IT strategy with measurable business outcomes.
