Damien Kopp is a global advisor, strategist, and thought leader focused on the intersection of AI, digital transformation, and geopolitics. As Managing Director of RebootUp, he advises enterprises and scale-ups on the design, governance, and deployment of strategic, sovereign AI solutions.

His expertise spans AI strategy, data monetization, governance frameworks, and the development of AI-enabled products and platforms that accelerate business impact. Through his thought-leadership platform KoncentriK, Damien explores critical issues shaping the future of technology, including AI sovereignty, infrastructure risk, cloud dependencies, semiconductors, and the geopolitics of data.

As Associate Faculty with SMU Executive Development, Damien also teaches applied AI for business leaders, helping organizations translate emerging technologies into strategic advantage.
