Chuck Brooks is President of Brooks Consulting International and a globally recognized thought leader, keynote speaker, and subject matter expert in cybersecurity, AI, quantum technologies, and emerging threats.
He brings a unique cross-sector perspective shaped by senior roles in both government and industry, including two Presidential Appointments and contributions to the establishment of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. He has advised on national security, critical infrastructure protection, and homeland defense initiatives, working at the intersection of policy, technology, and risk.
In the private sector, Chuck has held senior executive roles at organizations including General Dynamics, Xerox, Rapiscan, SRA, and Sutherland, with deep experience spanning cybersecurity strategy, business development, and government contracting.
In addition to his operational leadership, Chuck is Adjunct Faculty at Georgetown University, contributing to graduate programs in applied intelligence and cybersecurity risk management. He is also a prolific voice in the field, writing for Forbes on cybersecurity and emerging technologies, serving as Visiting Editor for Homeland Security Today, and hosting the streamed TV show Intelligence Briefing.
Recognized as one of the top technology influencers globally, Chuck is known for translating complex developments in AI, 5G, IoT, and quantum computing into clear implications for security, privacy, and business strategy.
